I am a mother of three with a passion for art and design. I attended Scripps College in Claremont, California where I took classes in art, feminist theory, and science. I transferred to the University of Minnesota where I earned an undergraduate degree in biology with plans to attend medical school. Becoming a mom led me to a change of plans and I serendipitously rediscovered my passion for painting. I am inspired by my love for animals, people and nature, and my desire to create a better world that humans and animals can enjoy together. It is so fulfilling to turn a person's love for their pet into a work of art that they can cherish forever.
